I ordered a Mockmill 100 Stone Grain Mill on December 15, 2025. I never received the item and now have to dispute the purchase through my bank because the company refuses to return my money. Their logistics company, 17track, reported that my package was delivered, but it never was. They are now leaving it up to the logistics company that they used, to decide about this package. It is now February 2, 2026 and the company still refuses to return my money. This is supposed to be a legitimate company, concerned about their customer's satisfaction. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my dealings with this company.
I have used the Aquabelle filter system for over 20 years. The water quality is superior and I have had to order new filters and parts during that time. The parts have been shipped priority and I am always impressed. Great company to do business with!
