Lies and keep your money

I booked with them on 6/27 for pickup 7:16. They kept Telling me they're looking for a driver. On 7/16 still had no driver on the original date for pickup. They're suppose to credit me back my 200 deposit and it's a week later and they haven't done it. It's a shame because I need my car shipped often. I understand they couldn't find a driver but to keep stringing me along and then to not give me my deposit back is BAD BUSINESS!!!

TX to IL

Called them to transport a non-running car from Dallas to Chicago. They happened to have a truck in the area. Loaded the next day and straight shot to our house. The driver was professional and cordial. Payments were smooth and very reasonable. Great experience overall.
