Exceptional Customer Service!

I often look for competitive CD rates, and this institution consistently offers some of the best nationwide. As the top rates are usually in states other than mine, I handle most of my banking remotely. Recently, a representative assisted me in opening a new CD. Despite the distance, they were a pleasure to work with! Communication was easy, and they went above and beyond to secure a great rate. All my requests were met promptly, and they personally managed my money transfer. This employee truly deserves recognition!
