Excellent Staff

Staff at UTB were excellent. They were always at the end of the phone to answer a query. Calls were answered promptly and the matter dealt with very calmly. You always felt that the staff were there to listen to you and resolve your issue, which they did.The only negative was that a few emails were received after an issue had been resolved which caused a little confusion. However, this was quickly sorted by a staff on the phone.
