Review Time
Not going to lie, my initial impressions were not great. Started off with sending me the wrong colors, then getting a 2 nd duty bill which was close to 100$ cdn. Then the cards didnt work...However through all this i must say the customer service is stellar. Through each of these problems i had immediate response from their reps. Each one was helpful.1st problem: they quickly reviewed my order and saw there was in fact a mistake and said they wojld have new cards made and shipped immediately.2nd problem: when i got the duty bill i emailed them right away and no arguments, they inderstood where i was coming from and offered to reship with duties paid. Out of their control the return time. When i followed uo they were once again quick to reply and said they will just have another set shipped out instead of continue waiting for the ones in transit.3rd problem: couldnt get the tap to work.Once again within 24 hours i got a reply. Explained the issue and i was booked for a little meeting over a vitual meeting. Within 10 John had me up and running. Like with any tech stuff there are glitches. But i must say the V1ce team is on a customer service level 1 have not seen in a long time. The product itself once setup is beautiful.But if you are lookkng for a company that truly stands behind their products and cares about their clients, V1ce is the way to go.Thank you V1ce team for all your patience and customer care!
