Good, quick correspondence and help from Germine.I've read a lot of stuff online saying how bad V1CE is etc, and when my card wasn't working I thought those reviews were probably right. However, after a few emails from Germine, she reset my card (I had connected the card to the wrong account) and got it working correctly. Thanks Germine.
