Review Time
This company advertises a Skin Tag product...which is not only very expensive and can be bought much cheaply elsewhere..but it not only proved NOT to be effective but one of the two aerosol canisters was underweight compared to the other. All considerable correspondence with VALENTIQUE appeared to be responded to by "ChatBots" and although I ordered this Skin Tag product via PayPal as Valentique suggested that they would consider compensation, time dragged on... deliberately I suggest and so the correspondence exceeded the 30 day PayPal claims procedure...VALENTIQUE should be avoided as it would now appear to be a con organisation with very dodgy products.
I purchase two products from them and when it arrived it was not even close to the product that i purchase. When i contact them there excuse was that they have change the package. One of the products was an gatchet that looks like an Firestick with an remote controle. They send me Wireless 2 in 1 receiver and transmitter. The other product was an battery operator hand held message machine the one i got had no batteries.
I ordered an item from this company, ad on face book looked good but what was delivered was totally different, boxed differently and was not what I thought I was ordering. I asked for a refund including offering to return at their cost but they refused. Stating the item was rebranded and changed since I ordered it. Very poor customer service and even said they take customer service seriously. My advice don't buy from this company. Have to go through credit card company to get my money back. I would rate as no stars !
If I could give no stars I would have done as this shop is disgusting. I sent for a glucometer at £19.95. After weeks this arrived supposedly when fitting the batteries the batteries did not connect and so the light did not come on. Impossible to get any communication clearly straight they keep saying send photos of the item showing what is wrong, are they having a laugh how can you send photos of batteries not connecting on a small item. Tried in vain but unable for them to understand. I think they think I am an idiot and able to understand whats going on. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, they are out to make money for false items. Thoroughly disgusted with this company (KEEP WELL AWAY).
They do not send what they say. I paid £19.95 for a blood sugar reading device. What I gave us a small plastic device for supposedly reading your pulse.vi am really disgusted. In order to read the instructions you would need a magnifying glass
