Awful

Awful. All the contact links do not work. As had UK company address thought it was ok, but not happy getting health products from China etc. Will be thrown away if ever I get the order, reading site, makes it impossible to return anything, avoid.Update - Paypal are dealing with this. I have also reported to them the threat on the website about frozen funds etc etc. AVOID

Ordered blood sugar monitor as advertised on Instagram. What I received was something like you would get out of a Xmas cracker. Plastic held together with a cheap spring. Never worked would never have worked. Its a scam company. Why would instagram let a company like this advertise on their platform.

Poor Service

Item I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive and upon checking it was not what I ordered. After numerous contacts with them all I got was that it had been delivered and it was the correct one despite sending pictures showing it was totally different. Item sent was a cheap imitation so I would recommend that you avoid these people at all costs

Rip Off

Purchased what was advertised as a streaming stick. What I received was a 2way transmiter/receiver when I contacted them and asked to return the item and get a full refund. They insisted that the item I received was the correct one advertised and no mention of a refund. I cannot understand how they are still trading stay well away from this company.

Incorrect item sent and they do not accept this

I ordered. a TV Stick from them but the item I received bears no resemblance to the item I ordered.I have tried to get the matter sorted but all I receive is e-mails claiming they sent the correct item.Given my experience I would suggest that you DO NOT BUY products from this seller.I have photos of the product ordered and what I have received. They do not bear comparison.

Fraudulent Advertising and returns to China not UK address. SCAM SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING BASIC THEFT.

Avoid this scam company. They trade selling under a UK address and offer full refunds for consumers on their web pages BUT they them insist you return to China at exorbitant costs or offer 15% credit back. They sold on FB a diabetic monitor that has No Diabetic diagnostic capability. Pure fraud its an oxygen saturation meter. not fit for purpose and incorrectly advertisedDo not buy from them its all fraudulent and to entrap consumers

Bought roamify routers,got plug-in repeaters, useless rubbish, customer service infers that you are an idiot and you don't know the difference between repeaters and routers. Total scam, do NOT buy from this site..
