Exactly the same as the rest. Wrong item sent then they had the nerve to say is was the right item and as previously stated aa child could tell it was not in this instance offering me 10% refund. Item sent was worth £8-9. I paid £24:95. Meaning they pocketing money.Delivery was 16/9/25 and until I said I was taking it to Paypal dispute they have replied(although relied as talking to a child) now silence
Wrong item sent, when contacted Valentique I was told the items were correct when a child could see they were completely different items. When asked for a return address for a full refund, I was told they have to be sent back to China at my cost or accept a 15% refund. I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them. Feel I have been scammed, would not trust this company.
Allowed 3 weeks for delivery, not sent no communication regarding delivery, fortunately paid by paypal, requested refund granted and case was closed. Then 3 weeks later they posted from UK the wrong product. Now over 7 months on still getting threatening emails from this company.
