Appears to be a scam shop saying they have 5 stars from Trust pilot. Ordered the diabetic finger checker on 5January wrong item came two days ago. I got two cheap pulse meters instead. Have tried all the given contacts to enquire all bounce back as undeliverable. London phone number not answering also.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They advertise as being a UK company and give a UK address and mobile number but the items came from China. They advertised a portable WiFi unit for use while travelling, I received two WiFi extenders that you have to plug into the mains near the main router in the house. Two very different items. I, and many others, have tried to get a refund but they offer 25% and refuse to refund.

Absolutely dissatisfied. I received a different product than what they offered. Instead of DiabeCheck I was delivered a Pulse oximeter. Such a small scam.They do not respond to emails about how to return the product and get a refund.

SCAM COMPANY

I placed an order 30/12 and have not had item, tried to chase and the email bounced back. The phone number is ringing then cuts you off.I have now reported to Instagram as a fraud shop (where I made purchase from ) and asked my bank to look into AVOID AT ALL COSTS EDIT RANDOM PACKAGE ARRIVED NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR EVEN CLOSE!

SCAM MERCHANTS

Ordered, against my better judgement, a blood sugar machine as i was so fed up with pricking my finger. No communication from them apart from my parcel (really?) is at a Yodel depot somewhere and has been there for about 3 weeks, saying "yes we have your parcel". If that is the case why not try to deliver it as surely that is your business? They can't because these scamming bastards haven't given them a parcel. Now in the hands of my credit card company. Your time is up you thieving scumbags!Update some crap £2 oximeter device arrived, not what i ordered. Now in the hands of my credit card company and Trading Standards. Watch this space.
