Ordered RoamiFI portable 5G internet recieved plug internet booster sent photo as wrong item sent, was told correct item sent photo are used for advertising purposes, if unhappy with order i most pay £25 plus to send back, also they would take action against me if i raised issues with Paypal they are SCAMMERS
This shop is a waste you cant get refund when they sent the wrong item their fault not mine they offered 25% on the item and keep the item i ordered the Roamifi and got the wifi extender shame on them they wanted me to pay return postage aboard not worth sending cost me more to send it dont trust them with your money
Same as the previous, I expect there will be a lot more negative reviews in future as they're a new "business".PayPal refunded me immediately (well done PayPal!) I contacted Valentique prior to PayPal, got the usual "it's the same item just been rebranded etc" reply, I looked on Ebay the replacement (unwanted) item was available there for less than half their price!! AVOID THEM
Purchased a product called stream x which was advertised as a device for streaming TV etc.After a wait I was sent a Bluetooth dongle, which actually connected to my phone but didn't do anythingAfter succession of emails which told me that I didn't actually pay for the original product ( despite me sending the original order)They kept offering a parti refund of £8 they still kept the balance.1please avoid these liars, they will scam youroney from you
