I recently bought the Herron glacier glasses, but returned them. They looked nice, but felt very cheap, the frames were just light plastic. If they’d been £30-40, I would have kept them, but they are not remotely worth the premium price the company is charging. The refund was easy and quick.

Great looks

I'm incredibly happy with the Vallonn ski goggles. They look fantastic and are very comfortable. I had some issues with my storage box, but I received a new one within three days. Great service, I'm happy with them!

avoid this company

avoid this company, the service is shocking, they dont mention that the orders have to come from overseas and can take weeks to arrive, I ordered some new goggles 10 days before my trip and they still arent even in the country - stay away unless you can wait a month for what are very expensive items...all smoke and mirrors and then the customer serve is appalling , vague, slow and untruths

My honest experience!!!

I own several polarized sunglasses from different brands, so I am very familiar with how quality polarized lenses behave in real conditions.Although these Vallon sunglasses are labeled as “Polarized”, in real use they do not perform like proper high-quality polarized lenses. There is no noticeable glare reduction, no light iris effect when tilting the head up and down, and overall the visual experience feels flat and unimpressive compared to other polarized sunglasses I own.The build quality also feels quite basic for the price point, and seeing “Made in PRC” combined with the lens performance makes the product feel overpriced for what it actually delivers.This may be acceptable for much cheaper sunglasses, but not at this price level. Buyers should be aware and manage their expectations before purchasing.

The customer service is not good

The customer service is not good. For a simple question about shipping and delivery time, they are unable to provide a correct or honest answer. It takes less time to receive something from China than from Germany, which is probably because Vallon has chosen to cut costs by selecting the absolute cheapest shipping option.

Garbage 👊🏻

Box damaged, glasses damaged, they look like they cost £5 from a charity shop, in fact a charity shop wouldn’t even sell them, what a croc of crap 💩 I’ve never seen anything this bad for £116.00 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ absolute garbage.
