Ordered a pair of Ventures, as I like the look of them and since i’d already had a pair of Howlin’s that I was very happy with, i thought there would be no issue with the new model.Unfortunately, I was wrong. The Ventures frames were absolutely terrible quality, and I mean terrible. They looked and felt like they’d used the cheapest plastic available to them, and I can only imagine this is a naive attempt to increase their profit margins. Their sales volumes will undoubtedly suffer because of this huge deterioration in quality. I immediately returned them for a refund, which Vallon promptly issued to their credit. However, the honest review I posted on their own website about my experience has not been published (how odd!), hence my review here.
Ordering was very easy and delivery was very quick with no hassles. The glasses are perfect provide ideal reflection and UV protection for my very blue eyes. Especial like the ear adjustments that keep the glasses in place when active.
Made multiple orders and always if i have had any problems the customer services has been exceptional. Recently got glasses where the frame was a little bent and ask for guidance. I immediately got a video guide how to fix them + discount or could have returned the glasses for a replacement ones. Also all the ones i have are very good quality glasses and i enjoy them a lot
I made the mistake ordering Heron Mountain BROWN instead of the BLACK. I contacted support and was met with Lucía who was VERY helpful and communicative when I asked to change my order and proceeded to give me clear answers to other questions I had until my glasses came in a week and a half later.-The glasses themselves are amazing. They fit well, look insanely fashionable, and protect my eyes better than my standard issue ones in my workplace. Not to mention they block out just the right amount of light and not too much tint. -10/10 glasses10/10 customer support-Flawless experience
