I bought my Vallon sunglasses after Chase Mountains mentioned them as one of his favourite producer. I ordered a pair and I was having the best customer service experience ever!! Sunglasses are great, working perfectly in the city and in the outdoors when hiking/climbing! I will be back for more ☺️
I really like Vallon Ocean glasses for my sailboat trips, so I ordered a pair for everyone in my family. Shipment got lost. Vallon customer care resolved it the same day and shipped it again and it arrived the next day to the absolute joy of my whole family.
If you are a customer in the UK then shipping is not free as advertised. It maybe in the small print but this company is not transparent about it. 1 pair of goggles with an additional lens was £42.20 postage which was owed to the hmrc before they could be delivered. Beware
I bought my Vallon glasses 9 months ago. In that time they have bent out of shape considerably. They market their glasses as durable, for people in the outdoors, portraying a confidence in their utilitarian design. With that said I'm really dis-satisfied and feel their advertising was misleading. If I was reaching out after 9 years I could give them the benefit of the doubt, but these glasses (like everything it seems) aren't made to last and fall into the disposable, wasteful consumerism we see everywhere else.
Item not arrived and said available for pick up. Asks you to download app and still doesn’t help you locate item or where to pick up. Item should be delivered, doubt I’ll get money back. What a waste of time and money.Avoid in the UK!!!!
Ordered some goggles which are exactly as I anticipated. Very small issue with the wrong lens being supplied but Vallon Customer Services responded straight away and resolved everything quickly and without question. Absolutely recommend for a great product and brilliant support.
Amazing customer service from Lucía!My order was a bit delayed in delivery so contacted customer service a week after ordering, Lucía resolved the issue for me really quickly and within 2 days my new sunglasses had arrived ready for my holiday!
