Excessively priced for such poor quality.

I was extremely let down when my order arrived for $140, as the quality was shockingly low. I cannot recommend this service. Although their website claims they are located in the US, they are actually based in another country, making returns a significant hassle. It feels like they exploit non-local customers.

While the initial experience was positive and I received quick assistance with a minor issue, things deteriorated rapidly. I placed my order on 11/29/25, and the payment was processed the following day, but then I heard nothing. On 12/11, I reached out to customer service, having received no updates, and was assured that my order was being "rushed" and that I would get a tracking number once it shipped. Again, there was silence. I followed up on the 14th, stating that I expected a refund if my order wasn't shipped by the next afternoon. I then received an email stating that my order had finally shipped—from China. While the shipping origin wasn't a major concern initially, the delay made it unlikely that my order, which included several Christmas gifts, would arrive on time. I requested a refund due to this issue, only to be informed that my order was in transit. I was offered a 10% discount (it's unclear if this applied to the current order or a future one) and was asked to keep the order. This entire experience is quite disappointing. It could have been managed much more effectively, and clearer information regarding shipping times and origins would have been beneficial.

Disappointed with the purchase for our holiday gathering.

I was really looking forward to having one of these for our holiday gathering. I should have done more research on the origin. It arrived late, despite ordering at the end of November. Once it finally came, the sweater looked nothing like the advertisements. The colors are completely different, and it even seems to be missing buttons. Now I face the hassle of paying for shipping back across the world to potentially get half my money refunded. It might not even be worth the return.

Struggling to Trust This Company After My Order

I truly want to believe in this company, as the thought of being scammed is disheartening. I placed an order for a sweater on November 20th and opted for expedited shipping. A shipping label was generated 9 days later on the 29th, and since then, I've heard nothing. There have been no updates beyond the initial "label created." I contacted customer support, but they only informed me that the item has been shipped and is on its way. However, there are no tracking updates indicating that the package has been handed over to the carrier, raising doubts about whether it was ever shipped. I'm quite disappointed, especially since the sweater was adorable and not inexpensive. I hope it arrives eventually, but I'm left wondering. I may avoid this company in the future for my own peace of mind. EDIT: I initially mentioned "1-3 day shipping," but I actually paid for "expedited shipping." I miscalculated the 1-3 days myself, which is on me, but the lengthy wait and lack of updates remain frustrating. Overpriced items with poor quality

I just received my order (one sweater and three t-shirts) and I regret to say that the quality is the worst I've ever encountered. The 'knitted sweater' advertised as 'fuzzy, soft, and warm' is neither knitted nor warm. It's poorly made, doesn’t match the size chart, and is made from the cheapest plastic fabric available. This is not just misleading; it's outright deceptive. The t-shirts are similarly disappointing, with sleeves that don’t lie flat and a strong chemical odor. The print will likely fade after a few washes. You present yourselves as a unique brand while shipping directly from another platform and charging high prices for poorly made clothing. Nowhere on your site is it mentioned where these items come from, which seems like a deliberate oversight. I won’t be returning the clothing as it’s not worth the hassle, but I expect you to address this deception and compensate me for these practically useless items.
