I initially thought it was a scam because it didnt send me any email when it says they will provide a receipt through my email. But the item i bought, although took 1 month for the booklet to arrive, it did arrive in good condition and the pages were nicely printed. The booklet
I'm posting just after another scam on a supplement...Why do all scam roads end in Delaware? Whoever the governor is up there, get your state in order please! It's been over 2 weeks, no communication, no updates, and no movement on the shipping for the apologetics workbook. Likes legit and very promising, but after reading all these reviews, I'm forced to wonder if SCAM is the word here. Contacting my bank is my next step.
Scam. Ordered and never received. Originally post said it mailed from the USA, it doesn't. No customer service and no one has contacted me back. Don't waste time or money.
I ordered a book on Systematic Theology for Kids, and it took quite a while to arrive. When it finally did, I found it to be much smaller than expected and lacking in depth. I wanted to return it but was told I needed to send it back to Germany while I'm in the US. I paid $35 for the book, and returning it could cost me that much again! Their return policy was not mentioned on the website. I regret getting involved with this service!
I ordered this workbook after seeing an enticing advertisement that promised delivery in 4-5 days. However, it took over two weeks to arrive. When I finally received it, the book was only a quarter of the size depicted in the ad. Instead of a full-size workbook, I got a small 4x6" version. I truly believe it's counterfeit. Another retailer offers the same full-size book for half the price. The ad claimed a 90-day return policy if unsatisfied. When I raised my concerns, they stated it was an 'accident' and would send the correct item. I opted for a full refund instead, but they informed me I'd have to ship it back to Germany, which would cost as much as the book itself, despite the return address being in the same country.
The book I received was a complete rip-off, and their customer service is nonexistent. There were numerous errors, and the quality was poor. I regret buying it, and they have denied my refund request. If you think you can buy it and return it later if dissatisfied, think again—your money is gone. I've sent several emails but received no replies. This was a terrible decision.

If you want to mislead your child about the Bible, this is the book for you. I teach children's Bible study and thought this book would help explain who Jesus is and why we worship him. I bought two copies, unaware I was falling for a complete scam! The author's perspective misrepresents the Bible. I feel taken advantage of by these dishonest sellers. Avoid purchasing from them!
The booklet I received was entirely different from the description I read before making the purchase. I wish I had checked the reviews. Additionally, their return policy is the worst I've encountered—it's complicated and restrictive, designed to frustrate you into not returning the item. It worked for me! Following their guidelines seems more trouble than it's worth, and I have little confidence in receiving a refund. I've concluded this is NOT a reputable service and one I would never support again.
