This was the worst experience in my entire life in the salon.I specifically looked for Ukrainian or russian salon because those are the best.This salon told me they are Ukrainian. I have seen many Ukrainian salons but this is not far away from what I am used to.I don’t understand how this terrible salon got so many good reviews I bet they wrote everything themselves. I have been there just now and it was the worst salon where I have been in my entire life.Girl that was doing ny nails almost broke my fingers. She was literally torturing me during this manicure. I went to the administrator and instead of getting a help she have been rude and abusive saying that this is normal to have pain during the manicure and she will not change a specialist because everyone else is busy. Then I went downstairs and I saw 10 of them seating and gossiping. I have only waisted my time there. They are literally horrible!Also the energy there is really depressing. I saw girls there so sad and unhappy.The salon itself looks dirty and disgusting, I don’t understand how people are going there to do their nails and not getting sick there.They have the worst customer service when i communicate about the problem they installed of fixing it telling you it should be this way.That’s the first time in my life I run away from the manicure in the middle of the process and I’m sure a lot of people done the same because they literally break my fingers there. This was painful and awful!Administration in great dress got down and started kicking me out because her colleagues who was too busy seating gossiping can’t fix my nails as they just to discuss their problems. She was very angry and rude without manners.When I got out of there I saw that they blocked my WhatsApp number. Just imagine this they are asking client to pay 500 zlotych for meni & pedi they don’t do the job right Ana after they block your number. I don’t understand how this place actually have clients.
I purchased clip in extensions online in April 2021 and still have not received it 6 months later. It was supposed to be delivered to my home, as stated in the email confirmation within the week. I then received a message after a week passed saying my package was “ready for pick” up at the location. Confused and frustrated, I visited the location and spoke with a young Hispanic male who work there and he said that there weren’t package for me and that he was in charge of making sure they orders were filled. I showed him both emails , one showing that my order was originally supposed to be mailed to my home address and that Ivan received a second email saying that my package was available at the store. He wasn’t sure what happened and asked me to send him the emails and took down my information to give to the store owner who was not available at the time. I never received a call, text or email. I even showed him in my online bank account that the money was deducted from my account to ensure that the owner would not mistake me not getting my package for non-payment. I didn’t asked him if the extensions I was looking for or available at the store right now which they were and ask him can you give me the price that was listed online which was slightly lower then the in-store price. I was denied the request. I decided to repurchase the hair for the “instore” price due to time constraints. It is October 23 2021 and I was never called nor was my money ever refunded.
I wish that your website reflected all the products that were unavailable for purchase. I discovered your store from buying your items through Amazon actually. I am very pleased with your products. It's why I decided to skip the middle man so to speak. Maybe you should take a page from their book though. Don't take the customer's payment until you actually check that you have the item in stock. It is a real hassle. Especially if it's an emergency and you need the hair ASAP. The customer then has to spend more money buying something else, most likely from somewhere else and spend extra money that they didn't plan on spending. Which was the case for me and the situation that you put me in. Don't get me wrong, I did receive my refund. However it's disappointing to see my bank account being used for extra purchases I didn't plan on making at that exact moment. It doesn't make a customer feel safe, satisfied or even have faith in making future purchases with you.
