Our experience with the hair, makeup, and photoshoot team was absolutely brilliant , professional, creative, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the final part of the day with the woman responsible for selling the photo packages completely ruined what had been a fantastic experience up until that point.Her approach was aggressive, rude, and wholly unprofessional. When we explained that we couldn’t stay for an additional hour to review all 70+ images , due to a scheduled business meeting and a train to catch after a long trip into London, we were met with condescending remarks like “Look, I’m trying to help you” and “You had one of the best photographers who worked extremely hard.”What followed was a blatant attempt at high-pressure sales that felt cheap, inappropriate, and frankly insulting. The environment became so uncomfortable that I hastily selected just one photo from the six I was allowed to view , despite there being over 70 taken. It’s unacceptable that a customer is made to feel so uneasy that they can’t even look through what they paid for.To make matters worse, my business partner was told that if I selected my photo immediately, her photos would be deleted unless she also selected hers right then and there. Excuse me ; what? How is that even remotely acceptable business practice?While a Zoom viewing was eventually offered, the damage had already been done. The woman’s tone, attitude, and lack of professionalism made it clear I did not want to engage further, and I certainly wasn’t going to sacrifice my weekend to deal with someone I no longer trusted.It's a real shame. The creative team nailed it, but the sales experience at the end turned what should have been a celebratory moment into something I just wanted to escape from. We understand the process takes time we were there for nearly four hours, but to be treated with such disregard for our time and boundaries was simply unacceptable.
From the smiling welcome at the door from Keiran and Angie my daughter and I were put at ease instantly as we were both equally nervous and excited for the experience. Hair and make up were done by ladies who really knew their stuff and listened to what we wanted and interpreted that in the final looks. At no time were we rushed and the overall professionalism of the entire staff really was the key to making the experience fun and stress free. Shout out to Stefan who made the end of day choosing of pictures a comedy skit in itself! This is obviously a family affair with regards to the company ethos and I will be recommending to friends/family in the future. Treat yourself people you won't regret it
I had a fantastic experience at Verity Studios for my portfolio photoshoot. The service was excellent from start to finish – the photographer gave great direction throughout the session, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. On top of that, I received valuable insight and advice into the modelling world, which made the experience not just about getting strong shots but also learning about the industry itself. I’m really happy with the results and would highly recommend Verity Studios to anyone looking to build or refresh their portfolio.
The welcome was excellent and we were immediately offered a drink. Makeup, hair and nails staff were all fantastic … friendly, professional and asked what I’d like rather than what they thought I should look like.Our photographer was fantastic. Fun and professional and immediately put us at ease. What a lovely guy! And the quality of his photographs was second to none.
My daughter and I did a photo shoot with Vanity Studios one Sunday in September. We had fun getting our hair done and during the makeover. The make up artist was lovely. I wouldn’t usually wear as much make up as that, but she said it was necessary for the photos. The photographer (Erica) was lovely, she really put us at ease. Erica took some truly stunning photos of my daughter which we were both very pleased with. She made her look like a professional model. We were then taken upstairs to view the photos and we chose 19 out of a possible 106 photos. My daughter and I had a very enjoyable morning and we will have those photos as a reminder forever. My son and I had a very enjoyable photo shoot. The make up and hair stylists were welcoming and gave us advise on what style and colours would work well. The photographer put us at ease in front of the camera, gave clear instructions on how to pose, and captured great images. We went through the photos soon after the shoot finished and were given thoughtful guidance on which images looked best. This was appreciated as there were a lot of photos to choose from. Overall it was a rememberable experience and Vanity Studios has perfected a very efficient and effective photo shoot
