Vanity Studios!The best experience ever!!My daughter and I felt a positive energy from the moment we interacted with Tay, the sales representative. His vibe made me instantly realize we were about to embark on something marvellous!From Tay’s uniqueness, to the fantastic hairstylist, the skilled make-up artist, and the enjoyable conversation with the nail artist, everything was top-notch.We also appreciated the patient and friendly viewing consultants as well as the five-start treatment with drinks and snacks.A special “Thank you” to Bernardo, a talented, brilliant and magical photographer who made us feel like celebrities. He guided us into the best poses and produced the highest quality photos we have ever had!Without Bernardo, a photo shoot wouldn’t be a photo shoot.On a scale of 1-10, I would give 11 to Vanity Studios!Thanks to everyone who contributed to this unforgettable experience.Edna Vieira
I recently had a family photoshoot with Vanity Studios, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication beforehand was excellent—they were very responsive and helped me choose the perfect date and time.During the session, the photographer was incredibly kind and patient. We are not a family that takes alot of pictures together so we were fairly clueless as to how this would turn out, but Patrick gave clear directions and created a relaxed and fun environment. Our initial concern with having hair and makeup done was that we wouldn't recognise ourselves in the photos. A silly concern that was as the glam squad was amazing. I appreciate how they took into account everyone's styles and how we would feel most comfortable. They paid attention to the smallest details, from our hair, nails and face traits (such as freckles and beauty marks).The final images are absolutely stunning and the whole family is pleased with the end result. We received the online gallery the same day, via email. Which was easy to download and share with the whole family.The price tag for the finishing product was higher than expected. However, considering the service throughout the experience including: drinks, hair & makeup, the photoshoot and personal the consultation; we would agree it was worth it.If nothing else, it was a great day out and would definitely recommend to others.
Today was a lovely day at vanity Studios, the set was very easy to get to, staff were really welcoming. The whole experience was amazing. I took my daughter as a treat for the day, she was absolutely delighted with the images that we chose, overall it was great package.
Great experience at Vanity Studios. We visited for a 3 generation family photoshoot and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.The hair and make-up team were chatty and able to put us at ease, combining our preferences with their knowledge of what works best on camera.Our photographer was very professional and enthusiastic. He had a real gift for communicating so we were able to follow his instructions easily. He helped with styling and made the whole experience a lot of fun.Choosing the photos was difficult as there were so many great shots and I knew I had a budget to stick to. We were encouraged to buy but without feeling under pressure and came away feeling really happy with the outcome.I bought this experience after being approached at Westfield and am really glad that I did. All three of us enjoyed the day, felt great about ourselves and have photos that we will treasure.
This is a complete rip-off. Of course the staff in the studio were polite, but the service provided was nothing like what was advertised.I was approached at Stratford shopping centre and sold the idea of a fun day out with my daughter — something light-hearted and enjoyable. However, upon arrival, we were treated as though we had come for a professional photoshoot. At the end, I was pressured to purchase a package of photos costing £2,500. When I refused, I was pushed to take a smaller package, with the clear intention of keeping my deposit unless I spent more money.This is a manipulative and misleading sales tactic. Consumers are lured in under false promises and then pressured into purchases they did not plan or agree. I was not refunded my deposit on the day like it was promised . Instead, I was told it would take 21 days for the money to be returned to my card — something I find completely unacceptable.
My daughter and I went to Vanity Studio for a "Mother and daughter" photoshoot. We had an amazing time there; all staff were attentive to detail from the get-go. The makeup ladies understood what type of makeup to give us, as we went for a natural look. The hairstylist made us feel comfortable, asking us how we wanted our hair. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. The staff are patient and understanding. Kieron was our photographer, and he gave us both an amazing experience. James, at the end, took his time with us to view and select photos, which really helped, as I wanted all the pictures that were taken. I highly recommend VANITY STUDIO.... Even though our appointment time was changed to a much earlier time, the process was fun, everyone was kind as my family's make up and hair was done. The photographer was fun to work with and brought out our finest angles, and the picture were great quality. A big thanks to everyone who made our mum's day special by taking such priceless photos.
