I ordered 2 pairs of studs and received them on time. The process was smooth and Aman did a great job keeping me updated throughout. He even made sure I received them by a certain date before going on vacation.
Love the earrings.... brilliant sparkle. They are heavy and solid.

Earring posts were too thick and Ouros claimed they could replace them, had me ship them to their office in NY, only to tell me that they could in fact NOT replace the posts, and shipped them back to me to get them fixed by another jeweler at my cost. Pretty diamonds, sub par customer service.
