Ive shopped with Vapemate for a few years now. For the first time, I was accidently sent the incorrect vape kit which can happen to anyone especially during this difficult time. I contacted the company and they were super quick to sort out my order and get the correct kit out to me. Brilliant customer service, special thanks to Sophie. A great shopping experience and I will keep coming back!
Long time customer, service is great when it works but apparently when it goes wrong you get screwed by their support staff.Order ID 1000559481, I accidentally ordered the wrong coils as the description was quite confusing (Innokin T18 apparently doesn't fit in an Endura T18 II Vape Pen).I informed them of my mistake and after having to argue the point I was offered not a cash refund but a refund via "rewards points".I told them that this was acceptable and kindly requested they point me in the direction of the correct coils.Checked my account today to find they had deleted my support case and refunded 23 of the points I spent on the order, I spent 221 points on this order in order to bring it's cost down to £9.77.Apparently their support staff do not know how to use a calculator. I was *not* told where the correct replacement coils are.Very disappointed.
