Can’t rate Vapemate highly enough. Delivery was super quick, they do voucher codes which is nice as you can save a little bit on your orders. Free delivery over a certain amount and great customer service by phone and e-mail.I messed up my own order by buying the wrong ohm coils. I didn’t try the coil until a couple of weeks after I received my order, realised they weren’t what I liked and after calling Vapemate they were happy for me to send the unopened boxes back for an exchange for the ones I wanted. Stacey who I dealt with was very helpful stayed in contact through the whole process and sent the new coils out to me the same day they received them back. She sent them by courier and has not charged me for the postage. Stacey went over and above what I was expecting.I haven’t really stuck to one e-cig supplier before as they haven’t ticked all the boxes but I will now be sticking with Vapemate for sure.
After being a customer for several months, an order I made was sent to the wrong address. I contacted Vapemate and they told me it was my fault, despite my address being saved to my account. They refused to admit any blame or offer any kind of refund. I guess they thought the cost of that one order was worth more than my continued custom.The only good thing to come of it was that I have since realised that Vapemate grossly overprice some of their products and I have since found the same quality for a quarter of the price elsewhere.
These people are very knowledgeable and up,to date with vaping news as well as compliance. They have great product & can help ANYONE from beginning vapers to advanced vapers. Great service! Great DEALS &GIVEAWAYS! HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THEM!?
