We have limited (small) experience with Leawo but we can write positive words about their customer service staff. We tried their software when we had a problem with another product and it did not resolve it but in using their product we had accidentally purchased a non-trial version (I think the trial version is a little difficult to activate). However the customer service staff were very helpful and gave several suggestions to resolve issues before providing a full refund. Excellent staff (with such a limited experience we give 3 stars of 5 but we can recommend their customer service to you).
I have utilized a media software for many years to rip DVDs and Blu-ray discs, and it has performed without any issues. After encountering a problem with a damaged disc, which affected the encoding and made it unreadable, I strongly suggest backing up your discs.
