Absolutely bloody awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.They advertise a hairbrush that will ensure you can go longer between hair washes as it removes the oil buildup. Well, this is a complete LIE.They also state that it is painless. IT'S NOT!!! Ever used a spiky hairbrush before? You know when the round ends come off? Yeah, turns out theyre on there to stop it from tearing at your scalp!!! This brush comes by default without them, so guess what it does? Tears at your scalp!!!!I would maybe deal with this if it worked and did what it said it does, but it doesn't. And it's not just my hair type - my husband tried it too.Their customer service replies once a day at like 5am and aren't helpful. They welcome returns, but only to a USA address at the cost of the buyer. This would cost more than it does to purchase one hairbrush!!! After insurances, you're looking at £20 MINIMUM to send these back for a refund. They told me they dont have a UK address to send it to. Worst £70 spend of my life. Don't be out of pocket like me.I was trying to make life with a chronic illness that bit easier by investing in something that could make washing my hair a less frequent thing, but instead I got scammed by this company. As of posting this review, the even more useless PayPal has refused my claim for my money back too.
