Review Time
Upon ordering the item I was not informed of the stock issues. I was then given an Evri tracking number which indicated that the order was waiting to be shipped out. 7 working days later I chased for an update and was told told the item is out of stock and they would ship as soon as it was in stock. This is a poor level of customer service. Taking money for an order and then not fulfilling it is a breach of contract and could also be considered fraud, depending on the seller's intent! DO NOT BUY
This is 100% a scam company especially if purchasing from the UK. Purchased on 8th October and it said 3-7 business days.I emailed on monday about the brush still not arriving and got the same message as someone else's review that they were "out of stock". Have asked for a refund but not holding my breath. Bought using a credit card so will be able to get the refund through my bank.
I placed an order on September 3. I have been emailing multiple times and Sophia keeps telling me incorrect timing about shipments coming in. Apparently I’ve been put on the priority list for a shipment, but then she send that shipment to someone else? At this point I am so livid I want to cancel but I’ve waited so long at this point.

Not helpful at all!I contacted them after a few days of receiving the "no shampoo" hairbrush. It took an age to get here in the first place with very little comms until I chased them (initially the brush was "out of stock"). It did arrive, but it didn't work like they suggested it would. They made it seem like the brush would work instantly. So I contacted them and was told to continue using it for 30-days to see a result.That's funny, I imagine if I contact them at 30-days I would no longer be entitled to that refund.I've also seen others reviews where they've requested a refund but have to return it at their own expense. These brushes aren't cheap and I bought two (and got a third for free??) as my niece has the exact same issue as me where our hair is quite greasy the day after washing it.Don't bother. It's a waste of money and the customer services team aren't helpful if you critique the brush. Whilst they were friendly with my initial e-mail to find out where my brush was, they didn't outwardly inform me of the stock issue, I had to contact them. Had I not done so, I'd have never found out and likely never been sent my product.
Ordered the hairbrush directly from the Vayose website. No tracking info sent, I emailed them a week later asking for the tracking number. They said they were expecting in a shipment at the end of the following week. So I let two more weeks go by, no notice, no tracking number. I emailed again, they said still a delay on getting their shipment in. At that point, I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. That was a week ago, still no refund. Seems like a scam company. I will file a dispute with my bank for the charges.
