Their website says "30 Day Money Back Guarantee"...which is BULLSHIT.
I ordered a sweater, the same size as all my other clothes...it was TOO SMALL. I asked to send it back for a refund. They Refused. I said I'd cover the return shipping cost, as is customary, Instead they insisted on sending a 2nd sweater in the next larger size.
It was ALSO TOO SMALL.
THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY PAYMENT.
I've opened a case against them with Paypal to get my money back.
They have a nice looking website that suggest that the garments are quality ...but
What arrives is barely Kmart quality...... Also ridiculously undersized.
XXL fits like an M..... unwearable.

It took five weeks for sweater to arrive. I ordered an XL but I could tell just by looking at it that it was way too small. I couldn't confirm the actual size because there were no tags at all on the sweater. Fabric was very chintzy and there was a hole the size of a dime on one of the sleeves.
Customer service was a joke. After finally getting in touch with a representative, she said in order to get a refund I had to pay the shipping cost to return the thing. If I'd done this then I would've gotten about 20 percent of my money back. It wasn't even worth it.

In my opinion, my experience with Velthentic was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I ordered a few pairs of underwear, and the sizing was completely off they were entirely too small despite following the size guide. On top of that, the quality did not meet expectations. The material felt cheap and not nearly as advertised.
What really frustrated me was the so called “risk-free” shopping and 30-day money-back guarantee. While technically they do offer returns, the catch is that you have to pay to ship the items back to China which costs around $30–$40. At that point, you’re practically losing the refund anyway. That’s not what most people would consider risk-free.
Almost immediately, they offered me 15% back to keep the items. When I declined, they increased the offer up to 50% but that’s before taxes and original shipping costs. It feels like they expect customers to settle instead of actually honoring a straightforward refund policy.
Overall, the process was a hassle and left me feeling like customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I would not recommend spending your time or money here.
I never received my cashmere sweaters even though I placed the order on November 15th. I attempted to reach out via email but received absolutely no response. They also operate under a different name. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER! I feel like I've been taken advantage of financially. I'm disappointed for my son who was supposed to receive this gift. I will be reaching out to my credit card company.
It took a little while to get my footwear, but wow! It was absolutely worth the wait! The color is just as described! They're incredibly soft and comfortable; I have no complaints about the quality! They fit perfectly as well! Plus, the communication with the support team via email was very friendly and understanding of my impatience, haha! Highly recommend! I absolutely love my shoes! My first experience with the service was positive. I ordered a couple of jackets that turned out to be too small. I reached out to customer service and was impressed by their quick response. I requested a return for a larger size, and they told me to keep the jackets while they send the right ones, asking only for the postage on the new items. Fantastic outcome! DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. I regret falling for a company that deceives customers with misleading tactics. Their products are mediocre at best and available elsewhere for much less. They sent the wrong size and expect me to pay for the correct one. Their 30-day return policy is worthless. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
