These people are total scam artists. They create an absolutely beautiful garment for their online catalog only to send a cheap barely recognizable screen print type of crappy garment to you. Then they don't accept returns. They keep you waiting and waiting until they finally tell you it will need to be returned to China and maybe you should give it to someone you know. Of course they don't offer a refund. They actually keep you waiting past the 14 or so day return period.

I placed my order on the 6th January. I have received nothing. I have contacted Wrenoin. I have been told to be patient. It's now March 1st. Apparently they're resending my order. I hold out little hope. I think I have lost £94. Avoid this site. Probably a scam .
I ordered several items from this company. Besides taking a very long time to receive them, when they arrived, they were not at all items that I ordered. Cheap quality, not even the same materials and nothing that I would wear or gift to someone. I spent $170.00 on these products. I wrote to the customer service department, followed the instructions to start a refund process. I sent pics of what I ordered and pics of what I received. They gave me a response of " keep the items and we will give you a 20% off coupon" I rejected the offer. They came back with an offer of now a 40% coupon. I have been back and forth with this company for 2 months now. 18 emails so far, and they say they cannot give me a refund, as the representative communicating with me says they do not have the ability to authorize the refund.
I would have rated -100…this is a COMPLETE SCAM. I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering; what I received in the mail was like what the other reviews stated-flimsy computer printed poor quality material that is nothing but trash. This company is nothing but a fraud and is based in China, not in the US like their website indicates. Pathetic company
This is very clearly a bait and switch scam website operation. You think you're buying some really nice piece of clothing and they send a cheap print polyester thing instead which Bears no similarity to the item you actually purchased. Then they don't accept returns. They won't accept returns after sending the wrong item. Except it's not the wrong item it's not a mistake they did it on purpose. Do not buy clothing from wrenoin.com I got burned twice and now I feel like an idiot.

Avoid this company at all cost. Very poor items. Nothing at all like what is advertised. Items are nothing more than false advertising. Took ages for correspondence from them and then they just keep going round in circles with ever increasing discount amounts. Took me 2 months to get a refund and that's only when I reported it to the fraud department at the bank as I paid with a credit card. For this very reason.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller! Their website claims that all their clothing is made from 100% Marino wool in the USA, but what I received was actually 100% POLYESTER, printed on low-quality fabric. It looks nothing like the beautiful items shown online. Additionally, they are based in a different country, which resulted in a 20-day wait for my order. Now, I'm trying to get a full refund, but they've only offered a 10% discount, then a 40% discount. I have made it clear that I will never buy from them again and demand a full refund, as the item I received was far from what was advertised. Despite sending at least 20 emails requesting my refund, they claim to have escalated the issue to some non-existent "department managers." I believe they are scammers! My next step is to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.
The products are of very low quality. The hoody is made of cheap, thin polyester. The images do not represent the actual items, as they seem to be AI-generated. Additionally, the shipping details provided are inaccurate; I ended up waiting nearly a month instead of the promised 3-5 days. They ship from overseas, taking 1-2 weeks just to prepare the order and provide tracking, followed by another 2 weeks for delivery.
