Once registered, they required my insurance to increase from 1M liability to 6M. Of course, they don't tell you this until you have already paid their annual non-refundable fee.
I was contacted almost daily to get registered. Once there is an issue needing attention, you are ghosted - no return eamils or calls. Nothing but a bunch of thieves.

If you want to get screwed over sign up with these clownsFirst the only phone number for vendor support is a local number in the US. So for a Toronto based company, we Canadian vendors have to pay international call feesSecond, no one ever answers. After minutes on hold you are directed to a message box But hey, if they have a problem processing your payment, be sure they reach out to you quickly

My company was a vendor that was mostly used for having alternate estimates, never received any work, even though paid $200/month for advertising. Then gave me hard time to cancel. A scam. Do not recommend.

They're just a middle man. They take a fee to do practically nothing. They have pushy and deceptive sales tactics. I recommend purchasers and vendors steer clear.

This was a waste of time and money

This was a waste of time and money for my company. The only leads I got were from customers I have had for years. Not a single new customer is 6 months. Wasted thousands of dollars for nothing. They show thousands of properties they are affiliated with, but none are looking for any work on their buildings. That is not possible.
