I, too, would give a negative review, and believe that this 'company' should be investigated. The 'leakproof' women's panties do not hold more than approximately one teaspoon of fluid, and the absorbent fabric feels like crunchy plastic.I was skeptical of the 'Netherlands' address, which can't be precisely located, and what are most likely stock photos of 'Vera' and others on their website. On Facebook, the site advertises 'going out of business', and multiple, slight name variations of the business can be found in a web search. Vera's underwear is fantastic, i now never wear anything else. Sizing is a bit odd however- I am generally UK size 16, but am 2XL in Vera's. Also I never expect the pants to take sudden heavy incontinence- i wear a thin pad in addition for added security.
If I could give a negative review I 100% would!! I ordered bras, size XL on 01.22.2026. I received them on 02.09.2026 and they were the wrong size, XXL. I have repeatedly emailed them asking for an exchange or a refund. They have constantly just gave me the run around. Not communicating the return address. I purchased the bras for $46.66 and they first offered a $7 refund. I asked for a return address so I can exchange the bras for the correct sizes. They declined. I have emailed them daily to rectify the problem and they have failed to give me a return address so I can return the items. Now they're offering $14 dollars but still not willing to give me the return address. In their latest email, they said that they will only process the return once the items have been returned, but I would have to pay for the return shipping costs and that in their experience it takes over one month for the product to be returned, which I only have until 02.22.2026 for them to receive the product. -100% review in product, customer service and product advertisement. Do not buy for Viral Vera!!!!
I like these Vera underwear, I will say the are better than others I have but can still leak if I have a gush moment. I do find that they seem to have a distinct aroma even after washing, I'm not sure anyone else around me can smell it but I can.
These are about my third order from Vera I love them and bought some for my holidays. they are comfortable and wash and wear perfectly, after many years of wearing pads, at last undies that I can wear and don't need to worry. Thanks for the perfect undies Vera.

Sizing is way off and style is not as pictured and shipping takes forever! I ordered large and couldn’t pull them up past my thighs. They replaced with XLs and, I can get them on—-barely! They are not briefs as pictured and barely cover my butt. The leg holes are extremely tight and cut off circulation. The product itself seems okay, but you need to order 2-3 sizes larger than what you would expect and that doesn’t resolve the issue of being too tight around the legs or that they are hip huggers, not briefs and that wait 4-6 weeks to receive. Too bad, because I really wanted them to work.
