Absolutely terrible experienceAbsolutely terrible experience – I would give 0 stars if I could.To begin with, the customer service is horrible. Out of about six people I spoke with, only one—a representative named Rose—was kind and professional. The rest were rude and dismissive, including someone named Paul. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to get help when most of the staff treats you like a burden.Why is this credit union so bad?1.No online access to your account. After signing the papers at the dealership, I had no way to log in and see my balance, payment schedule, or remaining months—NOTHING.2. Statements and billing issues. I spent almost six months constantly requesting a statement or bill. Eventually, I started receiving bills by mail3. They tried charging me $60 extra for insurance—even though I had already provided proof of my own coverage. I had to call them multiple times just to get that sorted out.4. Constant harassment calls. Despite paying every single month on time, they would call me 5–6 times per day, nonstop. I asked them to stop and explained I was current, but the calls didn’t stop.5. Payoff nightmare. When I requested a payoff letter, I received it and my new credit union sent the check. I called to confirm it was received—they said yes. Then they told me I still owed around $52, and when I paid that, I was charged an extra $7 just for using a card. Doesn’t matter the method—they will always charge you extra to make a payment. Early payments are NOT allowed.6. Hidden charges after payoff. I confirmed twice with a representative that everything was fully paid. They assured me it was all taken care of. A few days later, I started receiving daily calls again, now saying I owed another $50+ for something completely unclear. No explanation, no transparency.They’ll squeeze every last dollar they can from you, and you never really know what you’re paying for. I’ve never dealt with a company so disorganized, dishonest, and rude.DO NOT get involved with this credit union.Customer service: terrible.Transparency: none.Communication: nonexistent.Fees: constant and hidden.Peace of mind: absolutely not.ZERO stars. You’ve been warned.
