I ordered a specific item and waited over two weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, they sent the wrong product. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a small partial refund to keep the incorrect item or told me I would have to pay £35–£40 to return it to China — even though the mistake was theirs.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. A legitimate company covers return costs when they send the wrong item. Making customers pay high international shipping fees for the company’s error feels dishonest and misleading.
Very disappointed with the way this was handled. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from them.
I received two jumpers nearly a month later. The colors were correct, but the sizes were wrong; I ordered XL but received small sizes at best. Attempting to return them has been frustrating, and based on other reviews, it seems I might only get a 20% refund if I'm lucky. This feels like a total scam, and I'm really upset I didn't check the reviews beforehand.

Sellers like this should face penalties and have their products removed from the internet. It’s also disappointing that no one mentioned it was coming from overseas, and to get a refund, I have to pay to return it. I will send it back and see how long the refund takes.
The quality of the items is very disappointing—one had a faded sleeve, and none had labels inside (which is actually illegal). They were also all the wrong sizes. Trying to return and get a refund has been impossible. This is definitely a scam: steer clear.
My two polo neck jumpers finally arrived, and they wouldn't even fit my granddaughter, let alone me. I ordered XXL for a 50-inch chest, but they were more like small-medium sizes. The products had no labels, and there were no return labels included. I wouldn’t consider using this seller again, even if everything were free.
Stay away from this seller, as their items come from overseas. If you have any issues, they will communicate but do nothing to resolve them. I ordered a polo neck sweater in size 3XL for a 50-inch chest, but received one that fits a 38-inch chest. They wanted me to pay around £18 to return it, and when I asked for a prepaid return label, they offered just 10% of the sweater's price. Avoid this seller entirely.
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a women's green roll neck jumper labeled as 'medium'. When it finally arrived, it was barely big enough for me (I'm a size 10). I requested a refund, but they wouldn’t cover the return shipping to overseas. In the end, my 9-year-old daughter tried it on, and it fit her perfectly, so we reluctantly accepted a 20% partial refund and kept the jumper. This felt very unfair since it was not at all what was advertised. I won’t be using this seller again.
