Only good experiences with multiple spotify campaigns and they have always met my expectations. Kristoffer is really thorough in his explanations and explained me everything that was about to happen before it happened. I actually liked that so I knew what was going on.
So earlier this year individuals from the Vertex Consulting Group reached out asking if I was interested in a promotion service. At first I was very hesitant until they explained how the process truly worked. Once I started the promotion I already saw numbers of all types going up in followers, listeners per day, streams per day, etc. They also do a great job with communication and reaching back out to their clients on giving updates. I will definitely be using Vertex’s services in the near future and suggest them for any other independent artists as well.

Worked With vertex consulting group on my first campaign for my EP! Sophia was the main person I interacted with. Sophia was very quick to respond, very on top of the weekly updates, answered any questions that I had throughout the process, Sophia was super encouraging of me and my music. A lot of the thoughts I had matched up with Sophia‘s advice. The numbers promised were reached even more so then the minimum stream amount. I like The fact that these are real people real listeners hopefully turning into followers and legitimate supporters. Thank you for tax can’t wait for our next campaign!
Worked with Sophia from the group on the Beginner Spotify Promotion Plan. Initial interactions were timely and efficient, and was able to organize a voice call, so that was good. Throughout the duration of the promotion, she updated me once a week, but there were a few delayed and incorrect (meant for another client) replies at times, which seemed a bit questionable and unprofessional (and is the main reason for 3 stars).Campaign reached the lower bound of advertised impact range (~25k), only. Demographics targeted according to my Spotify page were also questionable; e.g. Targeted ages >35, when my intended audience for the music is in the 20-30 year age group. Got what was advertised (just stream numbers), which is good, but the results did not go beyond the minimum. Personally, I am ambivalent if I would work with them again. Their campaign may be more beneficial for others. Didn't feel very worth it to me. I appreciate the enthusiasm from Sophia though!
