From the get-go, their customer service was amazing. They took the time to understand my goals and ran ads withing my desired targeting. It took a little while to get the targeting 100$ correct but I didn't expect it to be otherwise since everyone has each of their own preferences, as they mentioned to me themselves.
What impressed me the most was their authenticity. Unlike other services that resort to fake followers or engagement, Vertex takes an organic ad approach. The increase in my followers and engagement was gradual but consistent, which ensured genuine interaction with my content. I love it.
Just Wow! Alexander is so great! All I can say is that Vertex deliver what they promise. They took my account from being a silly side gig to an actual platform where I have an audience that messages me and interacts with the things I post. I was a bit hesitant when I received the email saying I could become a Creator, but they well and truly know their stuff. For any other creators who might be interested or curious in leveling up, Vertex is a good place to go.
Was a bit hesitant after the trial but I decided to give it a go and invest in myself since I liked the framework of how this was gonna happen. I am now 6 weeks in and I have grown substantially while getting to work with a great amount of brands. Even did a group campaign with other influencers which was really fun to try. The results are obviously more than what I was expecting but I think what has surprised me the most is the overall attention to detail and the way take care of me. I really feel like I am a part of something and that I have an actual team. I love that they both grow my account and get me brand deals. I think the concept is genius. Who would want a management that does nothing while taking 10%, 20% or even 25%? It is just ignorant to me. Best concept I have come across for a long time and best team to work with. Professional, on time and very knowledgeable. Their know-how is beyond my understanding. Very, very happy, satisfied, and grateful for the opportunity and the results so far.
Outstanding results and communication in general. Shout out to Alexander for being on top of everything since day one. Love that we can communicate on WhatsApp. It’s so much easier than checking email all day long lol. Go teeeeam.
I seen results with Vertex in just 3 days during the trial! The drove 196 followers towards me in just those days alone. I was amazed. I can honestly say that they don’t just care about the money, they truly want to help you grow your career in the social media world! I highly recommend!!
*edit, in response to reply.Now edited their reply to say they don't have someone called Tobias working there "any longer". He was when I made the transaction, as this happened in September. To claim you don't have anyone there called Tobias is such a brazen call. You have testimonials thanking him on your website for starters, but a simple Google search of 'Tobias' and 'Vertex' shows that he founded the company and it was originally called 'Tobias Strom Project'. Not the same business but same guy ran both companies. You have bogus magazine articles about your company that mentions his name. Still at this moment you have reviews on your home page thanking him. To play stupid about this is next level.Seeing as the payment link I used for the subscription was sent to me from an email address from your domain I dont see how that could be. Not once have you offered anything that remotely resembles an apology or any kind of sympathy even though you seem to be trying to claim some rogue company director you have never heard of is scamming people.So either you're blatantly lying or the owner of your company is secretly diverting business away and pretending to be Vertex, charging people the same amount and providing the same service but through fake streams.I'll let the reader decide which one they think it is.I have screenshots to back up everything I've said, you've seen them, trustpilot has seen them and if this review is still here and being read then that means your attempts to claim it wasn't you guys and your attempts to have this review removed have failed.If you're really concerned about this review then just give me back the money you stole.------------After making some enquiries with them at some point I was contacted with an offer of a $9 ad campaign. Thought I'd try it, paid the money and 3 days later they tried to take $200 from my account. They contacted me saying because I didn't cancel the trial in the 3 days it automatically rolls over to the $200 month long campaign.This was not communicated at all, and I should have told them to stick it then and there but stupidly I thought about it for a couple days, an ad campaign is something I've wanted to do for a while so I thought YOLO, said alright Tobias let's do a month, paid my money, excitedly checked the stats every day and nothing happened for weeks. Then all at once I had 25k streams appear.. on the wrong track. To their credit I let them know straight away and they apologised and fixed it. Same deal, was about a week later and then 25k streams appear all at once.Definately didn't feel like an ad campaign, so I thought yeah I'm not going with these guys again. About a week later I get an email from Tobias, saying that my next payment has bounced and to let him know when the money is in the account. A few days later my real estate agent emails me, my rent has bounced. What? I check my account, Vertex has taken $200 from my account. I contacted them straight away, said I never said you could take the money, I really need it as it was for my rent, please refund me. Tobias informed me that the money has already been spent on the campaign and a refund is not an option. I begged him for the money but he flat out refused because apparently I had signed up to an ongoing $200 a month deal, and I need to cancel the 'subscription'. This was not communicated in my conversations with them, but apparently on the website in the fine print it is.That's not even the point of my review. This was in November, since begging for my money back I haven't even received the service I paid for. No streams I can attribute to them since my payment, and only a couple thousand in total, far short of the 25k guaranteed streams. Although they state "money back guarantee" on their website this is also false, they do not do refunds of any kind.But that's still not even the point of my review because yesterday I signed in to my distributer only to learn that I have received a strike for fake streams. So even though Tobias is updating me (when I asked) on the click through rate of my ads it was nothing but a scam with fake streams from bots and they stole $200 from my account. Yes it was stolen because I never received anything for it.I cannot stress this enough.. Do not use these guys.
Tried multiple services for TikTok growth and it’s never really been the best but these guys are unbelievable! Amazing results on the growth front and the combination with brand deals are just insane! Been doing TikTok campaigns with them for well over 5 weeks and already had 3 beand deals. Couldn’t believe it when it first started happening and now it’s like normal! Haha. I have earned $1225 in total from brand deals so far, could have earned more but decided to decline a few since I was busy with life . Just so happy and want to salute these guys for their amazing work!
I have now promoted 2 songs with Vertex Consulting Group and I can only say that we have achieved great results so I am very satisfied! They are also very helpful, clear and always answer immediately if you have any questions. They do what they promise so I can only say great!
