Was offered an advertising service where, for 9 dollars, I would have my song advertised to the extent that I would get 10k listens on Spotify.Sounded too good to be true, but thought I would give it a try.Website seems legit, their video explaining what they do seemed good, the communication via email was great - and then last night they used my card details again to try to take nearly 200 dollars from my bank account.Thankfully I used a card that I don't keep money in, just in case they were dodgy, so the payment was declined.So I suppose it wasn't theft, it was attempted theft.Currently looking into how I can file a criminal report against them...————Edit: As you can see from their reply, they’re saying I paid for a “trial” and that the next payment was meant to happen. Yet the next payment came 3 days after my “trial” payment, and literally nothing had happened in those 3 days. So what exactly did I trial? And no, as I can prove from the emails, no one told me there would be a second payment, and especially not one as large as nearly 200 dollars.Either this is a scam, or you need to fire the staff member I was communicating with.
This company is great and they’re not a scam or liars they’re the best. They’re awesome if you trying to elevate your music or just any kinds of streams and their service is really quick and fast and accurate. I highly recommend
Delivery time has been as expected through each project we’ve done. Even had my fitness videos hit FYP within the first few campaigns. We had some communication misunderstandings in the beginning but Kristoffer has been exceptional guiding me along. This is the best service I’ve tried so far. Excited to be on their team.
Kristoffer and the rest of the team have definitely impressed me with their professionalism and results. They do what they say and honestly over-deliver. I was very skeptical at first just because it sounded too good to be true and I’ve been scammed in the past working with random Spotify promoters who reach out to me via Instagram so I appreciate the way in which they communicate. Everything is via email and feels very authentic and genuine. Would definitely recommend them to any artist looking to grow their Spotify streams.
I am beyond impressed with the results I’ve been able to achieve thanks to Vertex’s help. I was little skeptical at first since I’ve been approached by numerous agencies but from the moment I engaged with them, their team displayed unparalleled professionalism and had a genuine commitment to driving results for my fashion page.
So I was a little skeptical at first looking at the way my numbers were spiking and dropping. However after a few weeks my streams started coming from algorithmic playlists. As they all originally started from “profile and catalog” making me skeptical the streams were botted. Eventually a week or 2 into the promo I noticed algorithmic playlist placements and streams coming from these placements. Today I have streams from second song I released with 16% coming from algorithmic playlists and 14% on my first song. I have amassed 2,000 of the 22,000 streams from one single placement in the algorithm. I paid for a “novice package” spending 95$ with a guaranteed return of 4000-8000 streams. I started with 40 monthly listeners and currently have 4,730 monthly listeners on Spotify on the date of writing this review. We went above and beyond the threshold for streams being 8000 and Kristoffer passing 22K on the final day of promo (currently at 29,729). Im honestly very satisfied and enjoyed working with Kristoffer. Communication was direct and timely. I always had an update every Monday for retargeting. At some point one of my songs was not performing at all and Kristoffer told me directly people were not listening for more than 30 seconds and that they will redirect the budget. I respected this very much. Overall, was a great experience, would recommend to a fellow artist and would commit to this company again. In conclusion, During the start things seem a bit shady however the team is communicative and available and over time the advertising converts to algorithm. Or at least it did for me. I cannot say everyone will have the fantastic results that I did. However I’d recommend to give it a try. If you have good music you’ll smash the requisite streams. If you have mediocre music they’ll 100% reach the threshold. Was very great working with Kristoffer and would definetily recommend vertex consulting groups services!
Awesome service! Can't believe how great it's been so far. I tried other services in the past but unfortunately they always turned out to be pretty vague not gonna lie. I like the communication with my representative & I obviously love that my content is finally seen by more people due to the way they take advantage of the algorithm. 5/5, no doubt about it.
Went ahead with their tiktok trial and transitioned into their beginner campaign afterwards which has been absolutely amazing! Real people interacting with my content is mind blowing since I always thought I maybe was not really cut out for being an influencer but I am so happy!!They have been helping me with negotiating brand deals too since I now have an actual following and it has been working out really well. Not quite full time earning yet but I have faith I will get there. So still like a part time job but how could i not be happy about an extra 1000-1500 dollars per month from brand deals. Never would have been possible without the new followers and all of the people now viewing and supporting my content. And of course them helping with the negotiations of brand deals too.
