I ordered a TV which was the wrong size and was told it was not a problem to get it returned for free as that was their policy. Got a date very quickly and a label for the return but they never turned up. 4 phone calls later and the TV is still here. Everytime I ring I am told it will be sorted but its not. Very very poor customer service will not be using them again.
Got a beautifully tailored jacket & trousers - true to size & description. The fabric & jacket lining is of good quality & a bonus is that it can be machine washed (with care). The package arrived within days of placing order. Looking forward to wearing it over the holiday period & beyond!
