Frustrating experience with customer support

I made three calls regarding a simple tracking inquiry. The first support agent interrupted me and then disconnected the call. The second agent needed to be urged to give me the tracking information I was looking for, claimed she had no record of an earlier call, and mentioned it would take 24 hours to reach a manager. By the time I spoke to the third agent, they could see all the previous calls and corrected me that the callback would actually take 48 hours. It was a terrible experience overall. I also learned that the order is in the UK, which was surprising since I ordered from a local website and was given local tracking information.

One of the most frustrating experiences I've had...

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've encountered with customer support. I called to report that my bedside cabinet delivery was missing a piece and lacked assembly instructions. After 40 minutes of being placed on hold and redirected to different agents, I had to recount my issue multiple times, only to be told by one agent to simply 'google it.' I requested a manager to call me back, which was confirmed but never occurred (they also couldn't locate a manager at that moment). When I called back to speak with someone, I was told I would be connected to a manager, only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes again, cycling back to the beginning. I will not shop here again.

Disappointing return experience

I bought a TV that turned out to be the wrong size and was promised a hassle-free return as per their policy. I received a quick response with a return date and label, but the pickup never occurred. After four phone calls, I still have the TV. Each time I call, I'm assured it will be resolved, but nothing has changed. Extremely poor customer service; I won't be using this service again.

Appalling customer service with no accountability

I have never encountered such shockingly poor customer service. I ordered a specific bedspread but received the wrong item—different size, color, and brand, and a cheaper version than what I paid for. What should have been a simple fix turned into days of frustration, being transferred from one agent to another, none of whom seemed to understand my issue. Despite repeatedly explaining that the error was theirs, I was told to reorder and pay again for something I already bought. I spoke to multiple agents across various platforms, each providing conflicting information. Promises of supervisor contact were made multiple times, yet no one followed through. When I requested a transcript of our conversation, I encountered an 'internal error.' Despite being housebound, I was told nothing could be done until I returned the incorrect item. Only after persistent pushing did they arrange a pickup, but they still refused to send the correct item or process a refund until the return was completed. Their lack of accountability and broken promises are astonishing. I will never order from here again.

Completely unacceptable experience

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I ordered a large TV but received a smaller one instead. I've been trying to get support, but I've been on hold for over 15 minutes with no response. The website is ineffective for large items that require phone support, which they clearly do not provide. I bought this TV as a gift, and now my plans are ruined due to their incompetence. After being on hold for over 45 minutes, their 'solution' was absurd: return the wrong item, wait for my refund, and then repurchase the correct TV at a higher price. Their suggestion? Pay the new price and then call back for a refund, meaning I will likely spend more time on hold because of their error.

I feel misled

I feel misled. I purchased a coffee machine for a high price only to receive it in poor condition—scratched, dirty, and with old coffee in the grinder. A similar warranty at a competitor costs significantly more in-store.
