Ordered bed clothes a skirt and 2 pairs of adult trainers,I got no skirt and was sent a child's pair of Clarks shoes only to be told id have to wait almost a month for my refund despite very being the one who are negligent and the customer service is diabolical and im still waiting for an acknowledgement of my complaint by email,my advice is report them to consumer affairs and check out tv3 am as its public knowledge this company have gone way down hill and are unfit
Didn’t know what time to expect the arrival on the date given on the day before only.
Got a call when the drivers were on their way but they left no message when I didn’t pickup so I didn’t know if was them, or a scam call, I took a chance to call back the mobile number and it was them but they were only half hr or so away and were coming regardless that they never spoke to me so wouldn’t know if I was at home. Nowhere on the delivery company site to note alternative instruction to leave with neighbour or back gate, or ask a time or give instruction to call. No specific times given at all prior to me calling them back. So if they had arrived with me not there would they leave at door or bring back?? Not great peace of mind. So I had to plan to be home all day so a window of delivery time and a text or Vm to give an hr or two heads up would work much better. Otherwise delivery people lovely and item as expected and very timely.
Ordered a bundle from them January it arrived with only one item in the bundle. Called customer service about it and was advised to send it back. Nearly the end of Febuary and no refund. Never shopping with them again.
It was the very first time I’ve ordered something from very.ie, and expected to get maybe 10% off welcome credit or something! Anyway Sonic micro sd card delivered in week but not in 2 as estimated, so happy enough. Thanks again.
I must say, the company has an excellent website and their prices are just as affordable as in-store shopping. I ordered a new mattress on a Thursday, and it arrived on Monday morning. I previously bought the same mattress a decade ago from another retailer, so I chose to get it again. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company!
I've been on hold for more than an hour because a delivery driver mistakenly left a bed with a neighbor. They mentioned the correct name but delivered an item addressed to someone else at a completely different location (wrong item). No calls were made to my number. During this wait (which is still ongoing as I write this), I've managed to shower, prepare breakfast for my family, and wash the dishes. I might even have time to start writing a novel before my call is answered. It's not the fault of the call handlers, but they are certainly not meeting performance expectations today!
My mother ordered a TV from the company, and it still hasn't arrived. Dealing with them has been incredibly frustrating, having to answer the same questions repeatedly, being passed around without resolution. I wouldn't recommend this service because if something goes wrong, sorting it out is a real hassle!
I placed my order on December 2nd, expecting it to arrive by the 10th. Now it's Christmas Day, and I’m missing a present because it still hasn't shown up. The communication from the customer service team has been completely ineffective. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with a company that struggles with management and customer communication.
There's a clear need for better handling of large orders; the staff seem unwilling to engage, leading to over an hour of waiting for assistance. When someone finally responds, they often put you back on hold, resulting in a frustrating cycle. I've been calling since December 2nd regarding an order and received the wrong item two weeks later after all the calls and hold times. However, the last representative I spoke with was very pleasant and truly helpful.
Extremely frustrating experience. I ordered a TV on the 21st of November, with a promised delivery date of the 5th of December. Now, three weeks later, I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I reached out to the service team twice and was left on hold for an hour each time, only to have the call disconnected. No one seems to provide any information on when it will actually be delivered. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them none.
