Issues with product availability and support

They list products as "in stock," but after you order, it takes at least two weeks for them to source it from the manufacturer and ship it. The support is also very slow to respond, and without persistent follow-up, your order may take months to arrive. I only recommend this seller if you're okay with significant delays.

Not satisfied with my purchase

I just bought a UPS battery, and it clearly looks used and dirty. The vacuum cleaner I ordered previously broke, and now both the product and the seller have been removed from the marketplace, so I can no longer see their negative reviews. I have no warranty or return options. Very disappointing.
