Review Time
The jumper I ordered had a horrid chemical smell to it, shame as the material was soft and lovely. I wasn’t going to risk keeping it in case the smell never went.
Also I thought it was free returns but was charged for the return.
I have since had a reply from Cotton Traders and will get the refund of the postage amount. And an apology for the strange smell.

at the same price or cheaper, I should have checked before I ordered . Overall a good service and quality .

Not so much Cotton Traders, but Evri the firm used for delivery in my area. Checked emails 10.15 no delivery time on tracker or email, carried on on with my daily routine 11.10 checked emails again had received one from Evri timed at 10.27 parcel will arrive between 10.30 and 11.30, after a very dificult time consuming time I found the parcel had been returned to there
depot.
Although I have done this review before and I’ve physically written to Cotton traders telling them to remove me from their database they insist on sending me brouchures in the post. When I have bought from them I’ve always said no marketing mail - they just don’t care what the law says and do their own thing. Fed up returning brochures and unsubscribing as it means nothing to them!
Easy to find what I want online and they arrived within the time line.
I initially bought them for around the house wear, but my husband said they looked so smart I now wear them for going out as well.
The joggers are good quality and so well made. They are a great fit, comfortable, and have good pockets. They wash easily and dry well. I usually wear black and they keep their colour. Once they start to fade, about 10 months, I use them around the house. Usually they last about 18 month of everyday wear before needing replacement.
It was my first time to order from their online store which turned out to be an amazing experience from start to finish.
The quality of the clothing that I ordered was exceptional with a decent price too.
Loved colour of jumper but in spite of going up a size sleeves & body short. Having bought two jumpers last year in same 'knit' but slightly different neckline was surprised by length. Disappointed as such a nice colour. When I wash it will try to stretch it.
I have been with cottontraders for more than10 years and i havent been dissapointed yet with anything i have purchased recently they havr different styles you dont see in shops i am going to keep buyinh from them i would recommend them to other shoppers janette lawrie scotland
