Review Time
I saw an ad for patches on social media and thought I would give them a try. I waited a few days after ordering and tried tracking my package, but the link didn’t work.
I wrote to customer support and within minutes, I got a response! As a former support manager I was super impressed with the prompt, friendly and helpful support hero! Even more impressive…I live in Hawaii where it was after 3:30 PM, so well after business hours on the mainland.
In a time where it feels like people don’t always take pride in their work, this exchange was awesome! Keep up the great work!
Natpat has improved our quality of life soooo much! Our 3 hour bedtime struggles shrunk to 20 mintues overnight. Our 3 year old gets so excited to pick out her sticker every night and helps relax and calm her. The scent is so wonderful. We love our Natpats!
The customer service is very efficient and helpful. They got back to me in a hour after I send my request. The only thing I am not happy with is the dispatch time and delivery time. I ordered on 5th but my order dispatched on 9th. And I haven’t received my order since then. But I am very happy with their customer service. Sensational.

All I had to do was ask a question and I had a reply almost immediately and the thing I was asking about was processed and instructions sent on how to do this myself. It was an awsome experience.
Did not like the experience at all. I bought sunny patches to try for a trip and hoped to use them for our summer too, but unfortunately I have been sent 3 out of 3 packs that will expire two months out, even though the expiration date is three years after production.
When talked to customer service I was told there was nothing to do and to use them even after expiration date and that they would not be harmful, just would not be in full potency, which also does not work even so.
We managed to use one on our trip which did not work great. Would be willing to try again but will not risk paying again for something that may have to be used past expiration date and may not even work well
My order took days to physically leave the warehouse hut customer service was great with responding in a timely matter and handled the situation with great care. My order did leave the warehouse and I received days later. Timing wasn’t the most convenient, but I would order again and time it better. I am new to using the nighttime stickers so I didn’t time it well either.
There customer service is spot on. Very quickly response back, very polite and handled my issue seamlessly. Loving the products, the Cat zen stickers have helped my 4 cats get along better. Also my little dogs anxiety has reduced by using the collar stickers. Used the mosquito stickers this last summer on all the family, they worked great. Highly recommend this company.
