It seems quite shameless that you do not respond to any letter, but also to the complaint submitted on the website.
You send the cabinet doors in such a way that I have to be psychic to be able to install the handles, because none of the kitchen cabinet doors have holes in front.
I have written to them several times, but there has been no response. I am waiting for money for the kitchen cabinets or for doors that are in good condition and I can also get the handles.

The quality of the furniture is same or worse than from the Soviet times I can remember... I had to measure screwholes and drill them myself, had to use alot of force for the screws to go in. Definitely hard and time consuming to assemble. When finally assembled, it's holding together but the panels don't align and it's not a pleasant sight.Edit: I DID reply to their request for additional information so the statement that I did not is simply not true.However I don't see how that could be useful anyhow since I did not encounter any specific issue, I am just writing up a review about my experience that could be useful for others. I also understand that it's cheaper to taunt customers online for better appearances than upgrade designs or the whole manufacturing process. On additional note: I wrote this review after I received an email asking me to do so, which I did, out of my free time and as honestly as I could and I don't think I'm unfair so please take it as it is and refrain from further accusations.
This is an unprofessional international company.Never order from them again!!!*There is no customer support, only robots answer.*When returning a product, they lie that the product does not meet the return conditions and therefore charge more than promised.*In the case of a return, you have to take the item to the courier point yourself.The company is not able to order a courier themselves.
