I ordered a dress from this brand, and the fabric and color were truly wonderful. The fit was perfect, and just trying it on for the first time made me feel stunning. It took some time to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Their customer service was among the best I've ever encountered. Thank you!
I purchased a coat from this brand some time ago. The service was excellent, and they even allowed me to choose a custom color, which was a nice touch! The quality is fantastic, and I expect to wear this coat for many years. It may be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the quality and care provided.
CASE ONGOINGI was planning to get my wedding dress from here and had great communication up until the point of paying the invoice. Following that, despite knowing my wedding would be less than 6 months away, they gave few and far between responses. I sent numerous emails asking for fittings, details on the dress only to be ignored. It came to the point that I had to find an alternative for my wedding dress and the whole process caused so much stress.Since then (two years ago!) I am still today chasing for my refund. I have send emails, messages on instagram and over the course of the last year, had a handful of replies which were either mere acknowledgments of my message, or claims that they had refunded me the money - they did not. I pressed to ask for evidence of the payment and each time they ignored this query.They have no respect or compassion for their customers, and you should no entrust them with something as special as a wedding dress, or your business generally for that matter_____________________________________________________________Update (23rd October):I have since received communication from Viela for offer of a full refund (plus 20%) Additionally, they have offered a custom coat and scarf.This is to be expected to be received in early November, when I will update my review to confirm is the case.
I do not recommend doing business with Viela Clothing or Joana Rožkovaitė. My experience was very poor. She promised to make a dress within two weeks, but I received it after four months. The entire process was stressful for me, marked by delays and constant excuses.When I finally received the dress, it looked like a bag. Joana said that this was how it was supposed to be, even though I clearly remembered how it looked when I tried it on in the studio. The dress was supposed to be tailored to my measurements.Eventually, after some back-and-forth communication, they were able to adjust the dress to fit me properly. While the final result was acceptable, the whole experience left me feeling like I didn’t even want to wear the dress anymore. I won’t be buying from Joana or Viela again.I see that most reviews here are positive, but for a different perspective, check Viela Apranga, MB on rekvizitai.vz.lt.

I have bought a dress from here for my friends wedding and I have to tell you - it fit like a glove! Some alterations were needed for sleeves (I am tall and the sleeves were too short initially) and they were adjusted very quickly. We had some initial miscommunication in the beginning as I needed my dress finished earlier than I was given the fitting dates but we have managed to agree on the timeline that fit me. Thank you so much for a quick turnaround time and a beautiful custom fitted dress!
The dress was just perfect! I don’t remember when (if ever!) I received so many compliments.The owner is also very lovely and professional - I needed a dress on a very short notice, and she found the best way to make it work.I can recommend it with my whole heart!
