My friend was interested in purchasing a gift for his partner's baby brother. An associate here was kind enough to explain to us how they size for kids as well as sharing information about materials that would help us understand how the clothes would fit the baby once they grew some.
I purchased a shirt as a holiday gift and paid extra for shipping to ensure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the shipper was unable to deliver the package for reasons unknown, and it is now being returned. I've already been charged for the item but have yet to receive a refund. I've contacted the support team three times with no reply. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend ordering from this service.
I am extremely disappointed after placing a $400 order for the holidays because orders over $200 were supposed to qualify for free shipping. However, I had to manually select the shipping method, which was not automatic. Thanks to this oversight, my kids won't have their gifts under the tree. Please fix your website—who would order on December 21st for a January 6th delivery and still meet the minimum for holiday shipping?

I made an order and requested expedited shipping, but they said it was not possible. I called again to cancel the order, and they assured me it would be canceled, but the item shipped a day later. I called once more to get a refund and asked for it to be returned to sender, but customer service hung up on me. I cannot recommend this organization; there are much better places to shop. Terrible experience.
I had a wonderful experience! I received a pair of shorts missing the front button. I called customer service on Monday, and the representative was incredibly helpful, understanding, and professional. They overnighted me a new pair at no cost.
This review pertains to a recent order of a hooded sweatshirt. I ordered during a sale, but a few days later, I received an email stating that the item was no longer available. They offered me 25% off my next order, but that was not equivalent to the 70% off I had on the original item. I selected a similar item and emailed customer service for a substitution, but received no reply. I tried calling and was on hold indefinitely, so I hung up. Despite multiple emails, I received no response. I enjoy their clothing and sales, but their customer service is terrible! I will think carefully before placing another order.
Their customer service is virtually non-existent! They sent a form letter in response to my inquiry, but there was no follow-up. I sent a second email and received no response at all. I thought I was getting free shipping, but later found out I was charged for it. One of the t-shirts I received lost its logo after just one wash—$49.50 for a plain shirt is not what I expected! I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
