Avoid this location at all costs. Firstly, the attendants are completely unaware of what they're supposed to be selling. I had a bikini, Topanga Fiesta, that I mistakenly purchased in the wrong size from another store. When I mentioned this to the attendant, instead of checking the system, she spent five minutes exclaiming, "I've never seen this one here" and appeared completely confused. After trying on six bikinis, I was ready to buy all of them and exchange my incorrect size. At 3:15 PM today (January 2nd), I, along with others holding clothes, stood in line to pay, only to find three teenagers struggling at the register, unable to complete transactions (they couldn’t log in or find products, completely lost). They looked shy and overwhelmed, with only one staff member, a girl with long curly hair, making an effort to help. I felt pity for them being placed in such a stressful situation and frustration for not being able to make a purchase after waiting so long. Ultimately, I left without buying anything, having wasted nearly two hours. It's disheartening. I will not return to this particular location; they need a more experienced adult or capable teenager to supervise.

Concerns about Long Wait Times

I have no complaints about the products or the staff, but I have a significant issue with the excessive wait times in both locations. This isn't just during busy seasons; even on regular weekends, the queues are unreasonably long. I once waited 40 minutes on a typical Saturday, and not all registers were open. This has happened multiple times, leading me to avoid shopping in-store altogether. Due to my disability, standing in line for that long is not feasible, and it shouldn't be necessary. Others in line share the same frustration. It's unfortunate because I do enjoy their products, but no item is worth such a lengthy wait, especially when other stores manage their queues more effectively. It would be beneficial to add more registers and improve the experience for customers, or else you risk losing business to competitors.

Challenging return process for exchange

The buy one get one offer doesn’t apply to the same items, resulting in a lower discount than expected. This is mentioned in the terms and conditions. Be cautious, as this practice feels quite misleading! For instance, purchasing two $50 items and two $10 items leads to only a $10 discount, not the anticipated $30.

Difficult size exchange process

Poor packaging experience

I never expected to receive a lesson in poor packing! Two out of seven items were crammed into the package without care. One item looked like it was taken right from the store, with a zipper undone, and another had adhesive stuck to it. This is unacceptable, especially after spending nearly $400. I expected much better, and it will take a lot to convince me to shop here again.

Frustrating service experience

For customers in New Zealand, the tracking system is outdated and frequently doesn’t update package locations. There are also errors on the delivery labels, causing confusion for couriers. My street number and postcode were incorrect on the label, despite being right in the confirmation email. The points system for repeat customers is ineffective as it constantly shows errors, making it frustrating for those who spend money. While I liked their site, I’ll be looking for alternatives now.

Website needs improvement

I really enjoy this platform, but their website has significant issues! The Shopping Assistant keeps popping up and gets glitchy, preventing me from accessing my cart. I often shop in large amounts for my teenagers, but this issue is driving me to other places. Even refreshing the page doesn’t help. Please fix this, and I would gladly revise my review.

Unpleasant experience with received item

I ordered a shirt, and upon opening it, I noticed a strong odor. I contacted customer service right away, but since I had removed the tags and it had been a few weeks since delivery, they said nothing could be done. I'm very disappointed and won’t be shopping here again.
