I ordered a walnut-colored pendant light that is quite sizable and certainly makes an impression. Unfortunately, the color I received was vastly different from what was depicted online, which was quite disappointing. Instead of the warm brown highlights I anticipated—a nice mix of brown and gray—the actual finish turned out to be a very dark, deep reddish hue with some light gray speckles. If I choose to keep it, I may have to repaint it myself. I'm not excited about the extra effort, but it could be my only option.
I ordered a light fixture valued at $953.95, but it was mistakenly sent to the wrong country (Monaco/Morocco). I contacted the customer service team for assistance, but the shipper was unable to change the address. In response, the company opted to send me a completely new replacement light to the correct location.
The representative I worked with was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Not only did they help resolve the issue, but as I was preparing to leave Monaco, they even assisted in updating the shipping address to my friend's. They were incredibly helpful and patient the whole time.

I didn’t realize that this light would be shipped from abroad and take 4-6 weeks to arrive! I thought that if I wasn’t satisfied, I’d have to wait that long for a return as well. However, I contacted customer service, and even though my package was nearly shipped, they intercepted it and refunded me within a week. I’m really pleased and relieved!
Honestly, this light is durable and looks fantastic for the price! It fits perfectly in the corner of my office, and I’ve paired it with a few smart bulbs that create amazing color combinations. The smart bulbs also let me adjust the brightness!

The site seems to display photos that differ from the actual product. We ordered a very expensive light fixture, and while it arrived, it was significantly different and looked much cheaper than the one shown online. I suspect they use images from reputable designer websites and then create knockoffs.
