Review Time
A week ago, I bought an ebook for $5. When I went to pay, it automatically selected a box for a “digital access library $0.00.” I thought it was fine and completed the purchase, but three days later, they charged me $30 for a subscription. I feel very scammed right now; be cautious so it doesn't happen to you.
These scammers are deceiving people into thinking they are signing up for some sort of trial without even realizing it. Terrible experience. And then the support team has the nerve not to refund the money when the trial hasn’t even been used, acting extremely unprofessionally. Stay away from these individuals.
I bought one digital book on their site for $4.99. The next day, they charged me an additional $29.99 membership fee. I feel cheated. Upon noticing the second charge on my debit card, I visited the website and canceled my account immediately. I then contacted the support team, requesting a full refund for the $29.99. I’m fine with paying for what I consciously purchased. *UPDATE* Five days later, I have received no response from the company regarding my refund request. Be cautious!
