Avoid this company. Dodgy two part billing which means you are hooked after first upfront payment $30. Then get stung for another $80 to unlock. Waited a week for the unlock code. Did not work when I use it. Super frustrating. Sought support and have been ignored. No reply. Ripped off. US based.
Time again I would have went to carrier and done direct for $80. Unlocked in a day.
Shit service deserves a shit review.

Misleading Charges and Poor Service

Initially, I paid $25, believing it would fully unlock my phone. However, they then requested an additional $85 to begin the unlocking process, which I found very frustrating since this extra fee was not mentioned anywhere on their website. My phone has been stuck at 95% for over a week, and receiving any updates from them has been ridiculous. Their representatives are rude, and the customer service is terrible. I strongly advise against using their services, as it feels like a scam!

Avoid this company at all costs

This is a complete scam. I initially thought it was legitimate when I paid 17.95 and provided my details, expecting a quick turnaround of a day or two. I ended up going to a local shop that handled it promptly and for free. Now, I receive an email from this company asking for an additional 69 euros to finalize the process. No way, you’ll only get the 17.95 from me. What a rip-off!

This service claims to provide official SIM unlocking but is nothing more than a scam. I was charged $21, and after waiting 24 hours, they requested an additional $75 for the unlock code. This is unacceptable. I urge everyone to avoid this service if you don't want to lose your money. It's a complete rip-off.

Extremely disappointing experience.

If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. I have a phone that's locked to a specific carrier, and the website stated it would cost 20 euros to unlock it. A few days later, I was informed that it would actually be another 50 euros to unlock it, which I paid, then waited and waited. After three weeks, I reached out to inquire about the delay, and they assured me it would be ready in another 2 to 3 days. That was incorrect. I spent a month and a half communicating with them, and finally, I requested a refund. They only offered a 50% refund, which I reluctantly accepted. They claimed the refund would take 3 to 5 business days to process, but nothing came. Three weeks later, I received a code that didn't work. I contacted them again, demanding either a full refund or a working code, as this has been a total waste of my money and time, yet now they are ignoring my emails completely. This feels like a total scam.
