Very disappointing service. The AC cleaning job was not completed properly. None of the external AC units were checked or serviced, despite this being part of the scope of work.
After services, one unit was not working at all, they were unable to fix the issue and proposed to change many spares without resolving the issue.
Overall, the work was incomplete, unprofessional, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a proper and reliable AC cleaning service.

Friendly, efficient service

My first and ongoing contact with Virtue Heating and Plumbing is through Taylor who co-ordinates the link between customer and the engineers and trades. I am impressed by her bright, enthusiastic manner, and her dedication to do the best she can, resolving problems, keeping me informed, and responding quickly, positively and helpfully. Virtue have been great since they installed our new system a couple of years ago. They are very easily contactable through WhatsApp and can schedule appointments at very short notice. Would recommend.

A friendly service

We made a call for help as our hot water wasn’t working, and the radiators at the end of the run were cold. Virtue installed our Vaillant boiler back in 2020, and it has been serviced annually by Virtue’s maintenance team ever since. As expected they were very friendly, helpful and reliable and we were back to having a cosy home very quickly. If you ever needed a reliable company to service your heating, I would recommend them.

Great team. The booking process by Taylor is very prompt and efficient. She even followed up after the job was done to check I was satisfied. Matt and Alex dealt with my leaky toilet very quickly and efficiently. Very happy - thanks team.

Can't fault this company !

fair quote. Professional pre-work feasibility assessment. Day of work: 2 x smart, polite, keen engineers. Care taken to prepare workspace. Professional and well equipped. Due to a tricky flu position in the roof, the engineers had a roofer on call and the task was completed within an hour, enabling the boiler installation to be completed in a day without cutting supply to our house. Superb outfit !! I will use for my servicing going forwards.

Quick callout, very satisfied

Faulty domestic water heater stopped heating water. Requested callout via email on Weds 22/02, received reply within the hour with a 9am–11am slot on Fri 24/02.Plumber arrived at 8:59 and was very professional and polite. After a few electrical and other checks the problem was fixed with a simple reset of the thermostat unit, so no major work was needed and I was very happy to have the problem fixed promptly.I forgot to ask for a price quote beforehand but the invoice came through the following Monday and seemed reasonable.Excellent service, would recommend and will most likely use again.
