I tried 3 different times to get the right passport photo, when it didn't work and I contacted the team, Paul was so kind to refund two fees and suggested improvements on the passport photo I took. Thereafter, I sent a new image and he edited it in such a way that it was approved and accepted by the immigration service.thanks
