We spent around three weeks receiving calls from this service as part of their process. Each time we answered, we encountered an "application error has occurred" message, and the call would disconnect immediately. We received emails stating that the call was disconnected, prompting us to click a link to reconnect, but that led to an error message as well. After reaching out to the company, customer service blamed our phone settings for the issues. Following their advice, we reset our phone, but the same problem happened the next day. We emailed the company again, and their response did not resolve the issue. Eventually, we spoke to someone who admitted that the setup of our account was the company’s mistake. Today, we received another call, but there was no one on the line and no guidance on what to do next. I still have no idea what the product is meant to do or how to use it. This was a gift from our daughter; she must have thought it was a good idea, but the company lacks clear communication regarding their service.
I ordered medallions to honor the memory of my son and mother. They arrived incredibly quickly and were much heavier than I expected, which gives me confidence they will remain on the grave markers for years to come. Creating the memories is a straightforward process. My only challenge is choosing the right photos and memories, which is tough since I have thousands as a photographer. I'm truly impressed with the quality, service, and user-friendliness of the app. I can't think of any improvements they should make. Excellent work and heartfelt thanks!
Memory gram is amazing. I lost my grandmother in 2020 and I wanted to do something special for my mom. So i got her a medallion and uploaded memories for my mother to look back on. Having this has made such a big difference to our family. I feel like I have my Grandma back.
My 24yr old daughter passed away in January 2025. I stumbled across Memory gram and I can’t explain how impressed how well the site is. I’ve been able to post so many beautiful memories of my sweet daughter and I’m looking forward to placing it on her future headstone so everyone can scan the QR code.
We are so excited to have my husband's responses recorded for 'posterity'! The app is easy to use. The questions can be a little vague, but in that event, we just choose another. I have found a few typo's, which is a bit off-putting, but, other than that, good job.
